Held 7 nights a week at 5:00 PM (April 1st to October 31st), Ben’s Chicken Racing is the most unique outback experience in Queensland. "Schnitzel Stadium" is located right at the historic Royal Carrangarra Hotel (25 Arthur Street, Tambo, QLD). We cater heavily to travelling families and grey nomads, offering a free courtesy bus that runs to and from the Tambo free camp (Stubby Bend) and local caravan parks so you can enjoy the night safely. Come down for the daily charity chicken auctions, grab a hearty pub meal made with meat from the local butcher, and enjoy a cold beer. We are proudly pet-friendly, meaning your dogs are always welcome to join you right in the bar!
